An Introduction

Magic Tight® is an in-office skin-tightening process performed by Dr. Carlos Mata. It can target skin laxity across many body areas — from the upper eye to saggy knees — and is most often used in combination with Tumescent Vaser Liposuction to address fat reduction and skin laxity together. Dr. Mata will choose the appropriate devices for each patient based on the area, the goals, and the expected outcome. The procedure is performed in-office under local, IV sedation, or deep sedation (based on the body area). Dr. Carlos Mata is a board-certified plastic surgeon (ABPS, FACS).

Magic Tight® vs. Non-Surgical Skin Tightening

Natural Results offers two paths for skin tightening, chosen by Dr. Mata based on the area, the laxity, and the patient's goals:

  • Magic Tight® — an in-office process that may combine multiple devices, often paired with Tumescent Vaser Liposuction. Performed by Dr. Mata in-office under local, IV sedation, or deep sedation.
  • Non-Surgical Skin Tightening — a lighter, in-office device-only treatment (Evolve, BodyTite, FaceTite, etc.) administered by the MedSpa team. Lower price tier, minimal downtime.

Dr. Mata will recommend the right option at consultation based on your specific area, goals, and how long you want results to last.
