Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Over 25,000 procedures performed across Miami, Boston, Houston, and the Scottsdale metropolitan area. Developer of proprietary techniques: Magic Tight® and the Gladiator® male makeover.
Bilingual, U.S. Army veteran, and recipient of Castle Connolly Top Doctor recognition since 2018.

Dr. Wendell Perry
More than two decades of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Howard University trained, with a burn fellowship at USC and his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Miami. Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, focused on body contouring and breast surgery.
The practice’s first surgical expansion: a second set of trained hands and a second opinion on every complex case.
In the Operating Room & Beyond
The professionals working alongside Dr. Mata in our in-house operating suite: registered nurses, surgical technicians, and recovery coordinators. From your pre-op walkthrough through the moment you wake up, this is the team that holds the entire surgical experience together.
Every procedure is performed in our accredited Scottsdale facility, never an outside surgical center.
Non-Surgical & Aesthetic Care
Licensed estheticians and nurse injectors trained in advanced techniques (Botox®, Juvederm®, microneedling with radio frequency, laser therapies, and non-surgical body contouring), all under Dr. Mata's direct medical oversight. Janneth (Nurse Scottsdale) leads our injectables program.
Most non-surgical services can be booked alongside your surgical follow-ups.
From First Call to Final Visit
Patient coordinators, schedulers, and front-desk staff who walk alongside you from the very first inquiry through your final post-op appointment. The first faces you'll see when you arrive and the last voices you'll hear before going home.
Every patient is assigned a dedicated coordinator who manages your timeline end-to-end.
