Our philosophy emphasizes compassionate care, dignity, privacy, and service beyond the patient's expectation. We focus on doing what is best for each patient and taking into deep consideration how they envision their own surgical or non-surgical outcome.
The practice has two complementary departments: surgical and non-surgical. Our in-house operating room allows Dr. Mata to perform most procedures — breast augmentation, mommy makeover, Brazilian Butt Lift, facelift — in the comfort and privacy of our Scottsdale location. Multiple treatment rooms host our medspa services including injectables, facials, lasers, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical body contouring.

Board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in breast, body, face, and neck procedures. Over 25,000 surgical procedures performed across Miami, Boston, Houston, and the Scottsdale metropolitan area. Developer of proprietary techniques including Magic Tight® (body contouring with skin tightening) and Gladiator® (The Male Makeover).

Janneth
BSN from Grand Canyon University and 15+ years in the medical field, currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner credential. Works closely with Dr. Mata on injectable and aesthetic treatments — Botox®, Juvederm®, Voluma, Restylane — as well as non-surgical treatments including TruSculpt, Microneedling with Radio Frequency, PRP, and laser therapies.
Thao
Practicing Physician Assistant since 2005 with extensive experience in plastic surgery. Detail-oriented and deeply focused on preventative care, healthy aging, and maintaining natural-looking results over time. Works with patients throughout their surgical journey from consultation through recovery.
