Virtual consultation
A video consultation with Dr. Carlos Mata (Dr. Scottsdale®) via Skype, Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp, Doximity, or our HIPAA-compliant app. Dr. Mata answers your questions and gives recommendations for your desired procedure.
Definitive quote
After your consultation with Dr. Mata, our PCC calls you back and provides a definitive quote based on the surgical plan you discussed.
Book your surgery date
Reserve your surgery date. We recommend booking your consultation a few months prior to your ideal surgery date; faster timelines may be possible with a non-refundable deposit.
Travel & surgery
Plan your travel to Scottsdale around your scheduled surgery date. See stay-duration ranges below; lodging is arranged by you and your travel companion based on your timeline.
Recovery & return
You stay in Scottsdale for your post-op window. Once Dr. Mata clears you for travel, you head home.
How Long You'll Be in Town
The number of nights varies by the type of surgery and where you're traveling from. The ranges below apply to patients coming from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico; international patients see the section that follows. The exact number of nights is confirmed during surgery scheduling.
1 night before your surgery and 2 nights after.
1 night before your surgery and 4-6 nights after.
1 night before your surgery and 8 nights after.
