Our private, in-house operating room allows Dr. Carlos Mata to perform many popular plastic surgery procedures, including breast augmentation, mommy makeover surgery, Brazilian butt lift (BBL), and facelift surgery in a comfortable, discreet setting.
Our Scottsdale MedSpa features multiple treatment rooms and an extensive selection of advanced aesthetic technologies. Treatments include Botox and a broad range of dermal fillers, customized facials, non-surgical body contouring, and skin rejuvenation using CO₂ laser resurfacing, erbium lasers, 1064 nm laser technology, intense pulsed light (IPL), and other advanced energy-based treatments. Dr. Wendell Perry
Board-certified plastic surgeon and the practice's second surgeon. Howard University trained, with a burn fellowship at USC and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Miami. More than two decades of practice across body, breast, and facial surgery, and an ASPS faculty speaker on male liposuction at Plastic Surgery The Meeting 2026 in Houston.

Janneth
Janneth a.k.a. Nurse Scottsdale graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently in school for higher education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been a part of the medical field for over 15 years. She has worked closely with Dr. Carlos Mata to learn and perfect the art of injectable and aesthetic treatments. She has attended many advanced technique injectables training courses. Janneth is well-versed in injectables such as Botox®, Juvederm®, Voluma, Restylane, etc., along with non-surgical treatments such as TruSculpt, Microneedling with Radio Frequency, PRP, and Laser Treatments.
