Consultation
At Natural Results Plastic Surgery, your consultation will always be with your surgeon of choice: Dr. Carlos Mata aka Dr. Scottsdale® or Dr. Benjamin. The consultation can be done in two steps, the first consultation is done virtually and once you book your surgery, you will have a second one closer to your surgical date. The reservation fees are $150 for first-time surgery or $500 for revision, corrective or same area surgery. They’re non-refundable but will be applied to your surgery.
Plastic Surgery Financing & Payment Plan Options
We are offering a wide range of payment options to meet our patient’s needs and ensure we can provide the best service possible. Each company has its own requirements for qualifications.
Plastic Surgery Payment options and Payment Plans per timeline:
- 6-month payment plans: Care Credit, Alphaeon (Practice ID: 16991), and PatientFi offer 6 months interest-free if paid in full within 6 months.
- 6-month+ payment plans: Patient Fi, interest will be applied with manageable monthly payments. Or traditional financing entities: Care Credit, & Alphaeon.

This financing option doesn’t affect or based their decision solely on your credit score. Patient Fi will check your credit report by using a “soft credit check”. It will analyze your credit history, income, and other relevant information to qualify you for a PatientFi loan.
Payment plan for plastic surgery
We also offer a layaway plan. The payments can start 9 months before the surgery and can be made monthly, weekly, or quarterly. The entire surgery must be paid in full 1 month before the actual surgery date. The payments made towards the layaway plan are non-refundable.
Payment methods
Surgery’s Fees Include:
- Surgeon's fees or procedure fees
- Usual and customary care after surgery
- Operating room time and supplies on the day of surgery
- Post-surgical garment
- Implant warranty is included for cosmetic surgery

For non-cosmetic surgeries, Dr. Mata is credentialed with insurance companies and hospitals for certain type of breast cancer reconstruction. Please contact the office to learn more.
