Patient had a deflated implant for over one year. Pt finally has the resources to remove the right ruptures saline implant that was over the muscle and replace it with a larger silicone implant of 600cc’s under the muscle while removing the old implants and scar tissue or capsulectomy. Pt wanted a lift at the same time.
