The patient is a pleasant 46-year-old female with a history of shoulder-grooving, rashes, intertrigo, and large breasts. The patient wished to undergo bilateral reduction mammoplasty or breast reduction to feel more normal and fit into clothes better. Patient wanted to be a C/D cup.
